She began her career in acting from the popular TV Serial Chotti Bahu on the Zee TV channel; Rubina Dilaik played a role as a Radhika with the opposite gender Avinash Sachdev.
She also played role in Shakti serial as a Soumya since 2016 and many other serial like Saas Bina Sasural, Punar Vivah- Ek Nayi Umeed , Jeannie Aur Juju.
She also appeared in Nachle Ve- with Saroj Khan in 2010 as a contestant.

Ruby was born in the famous city Shimla, Himachal Pardesh she completed her primary education in her home then joined the private school in Shimla.
She studied at St. Bede’s College in Shimla, during the college studies she participated in various Beauty contests in Shimla.
In 2006, she won the best crowned Miss of Shimla and national champion in debate in school days. She also won the Miss North India contest which was held at Chandigarh.
