Devoleena was born in a Bengali Brahmin Family in Sivasagar, Assam, India on 22 August 1990. Her father has died when she was seven years old. He was an employee by the Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC). Her mother’s name is Anima Bhattacharjee. She is a homemaker.
